LLC; Easter party!

This is our second LLC Easter egg hunt and it was fun as usual :)

A couple of us moms got there a bit early to hide the eggs while the kiddos played on the playground (and before I forget, my sweet man offered to watch Megan this morning while he worked from home so that I could focus on the big kids for a few hours). Thanks babe!

Once everyone was there,

they were off!

There were eggs everywhere!

Jakey was a mad man out there, collecting more than his fare share of eggs. He just couldn't help himself! In fact, his basket was so full that he couldn't hold anymore eggs!

So I suggested that he share some of his loot with some of the other kids who didn't get as many eggs. he obliged without any complaints, sweet boy :) Here he is giving away his goodies:

The egg searching worked up quite an appetite so we ate, as usual. We had lots of yummy Easter themed food, and some nutritious stuff for good measure :)

Mandy had some great crafts planned but my kids wanted to play with their friends, so they were off the entire time:
