Yay, almost all of us adults got strikes!

My kids love bowling and we don't go often enough. This is definitely going to be something we do angin this summer because it kept not only my kiddos, but our friends kids entertained for almost 3 hours! Yay for fun summer events!

Summer Fun; park day

Now that summer's here, we are spending lots of time outdoors (and if you know me, that's saying a lot about how much I love my kiddos because I am not fan of the summer sun!). Anyway, one of our summer plans was to visit a new park. So we loaded up some snacks, lots of water and a few sand toys and headed to a park down the hill.

We had planned on visiting 1 new park... but the kids had such fun exploring this new place that we'll be doing this again soon. Local friends, who wants to join us? It's funner with friends!

Memorial Day family fun

Well, the season of pools, sunshine and BBQ's has begun. We kicked off our summer with a Memorial Day BBQ at my aunts house.

We started off with some festive cupcakes, 

and then we literally swam and ate the day away :)

Now, to go put some Aloe on that sunburn I got as a parting gift from that day :)
