I know what you're thinking... heck, I thought the SAME thing when people would post pics of their children slathered with nasty looking, neon-green food covering their faces! Disgusting... well, until my own child did it and now all of a sudden it's adorable:)
So a few nights ago we offered Annie a little bit of baby cereal... oatmeal to be exact. Thinking that I would capture her face squished-up in sheer disgust, I grabbed the camera. Instead I got this:

Needless to say, she LOVED her oatmeal!
Sure, there was oatmeal everywhere... on her bib, on her pants, behind her ears, in between each and every finger, but gosh darn it, IT WAS GOOD!
So then I had the nerve to remove the half-eaten bowl and she began to fuss like this:

So I bring back the bowl and she finished it off (yes, the entire thing!)
And the end result looks like this (you really can't see the splatted cereal all over her Bumbo, bib, counter tops, etc...):
but you get the idea.
She's pretty smitten with oatmeal :)
