Lovin' my little guy at 13 months

I've been pretty lax about posting my top 10 favorites the past 2 months. Somethin' about having two active, busy toddlers does that to you...

1) I love the way you say "numa-numa-numa" when you see food. That is your way of saying, "My mouth is open. Insert food here!".


2) I love how you crab walk when there's dirt or water or something icky on the ground. It would be tragic to get those little knees of yours dirty.


3) Open mouthed kisses... on demand even!

4) Your giggles and belly laughs when your sister comes barreling at you. You think this is hysterical and your laughter keeps her comin' at you time after time.


5) Pointing. When you see something that catches your eye, you'll point at it, talk to it, and then look at whoever is holding you so that they can fulfill your request demand.


6) The way you share; you'll hand something to me, take it back, hand it over again, take it back... this "sharing" goes on and on and on. And you are just so proud of yourself, you grin ear to ear.

7) You are a wonderful sleeper right now ::knocking on wood very hard:: You take a morning nap with no complaints, an afternoon nap with no complaints and go down for bed at 7:15pm and wake up at 6:30 am. Therefore, you are usually well rested and pretty happy. Hallelujah!


8) You wave bye-bye, jump when I utter the word, clap, make Indian noises, blow raspberries and yesterday took 4 steps! You are on a roll, sweet boy! Now if only your hair follicles would get on board!


9) You have a fascination with noises. Give ya two objects of any kind, and you immediately bang them together. And when they make a crash, bang or boom, you light up with excitement.


10) You still cuddle. In bed in the mornings, after nap time or when your sister is playing outside, you'll snuggle up in my arms and watch as she plays. Sometimes you'll look up at me and just gaze. And it completely melts my heart.


I love you sweet boy. So much.
